Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Veriscope platform operated by Rapid Policies Australia (“Veriscope”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
Use of the service
Veriscope provides AI-assisted compliance checking, document building and reporting tools for NDIS, Aged Care and related providers. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining your own records, and for ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws, regulations and professional obligations. You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or upload unlawful content or content you are not authorised to share.
Your data and confidentiality
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you. We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including information relating to your workers and the participants you support.
Accounts and billing
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are in Australian dollars and, unless stated otherwise, exclusive of GST where applicable. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Compliance disclaimer
Veriscope is a tool to assist with compliance preparation and does not constitute legal, regulatory or professional advice. AI-generated output may contain errors and must be reviewed by a qualified person before you rely on it. You remain responsible for meeting your own compliance obligations and for any decisions made based on the platform’s output.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and may carry out maintenance, from time to time.
Consumer guarantees and limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, the service is provided “as is”, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service unlawfully. On termination you may request export of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. We may update these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
